The National Weather Service has once again extended the flood warning for the Tippecanoe River near Ora. As of 2 p.m. yesterday the river was at 11.7 feet and steady. Flood stage is 12 feet.
The river is expected to crest near 13.2 feet Wednesday afternoon. Additional rises are possible after that. At 13 feet flooding starts to affect streets and homes in Monterey. The flood warning is in effect until further notice.
