Several businesses from around the state have been recognized for growing their operations.
Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann and the Indiana Small Business Development Center gave the awards to 20 businesses at a ceremony last week. The ISBDC helps new businesses with the resources necessary to operate and grow.
The award presented last week ecognize clients of the agency’s 10 regional offices located throughout the state in Emerging and Established categories.
ISBDC network helped small businesses create around 1400 jobs and launch 215 businesses. Indiana’s economy is considered to be outperforming its neighbors in the Midwest.
Plymouth-based Titus, Inc. was recognized in the Established category.
