The Plymouth Board of Works could make a final decision this evening on signage to place at the entrances to the city.
A committee has been reviewing designs and will have a recommendation this evening. The board will also discuss an agreement with Marshall County to place signs in the new roundabout. Another item on the board of works agenda is the declaration of a Plymouth Police Department handgun as surplus property so it can be given to a retiring officer. That’s common practice when an officer retires from a department after more than 20 years of service.
The board of works meeting starts at 6 p.m. at city hall and will be followed by a meeting of the Plymouth Common Council. Marshall County Economic Development Commission Executive Director Jerry Chavez is on the agenda to provide an update.
