Pizza, Prizes and More Available During the ‘P-Town Cruz’n’ Car Show on Saturday

ptowncruznIf you’re searching for some family friendly fun this weekend the P-Town Cruz’n event is just what you’re looking for. Three blocks in downtown Plymouth will be closed off in order for the car show that has no restrictions, no classes and no judging, just fun! All kinds of cars and even motorcycles are eligible to register for $15 to participate in the show. The car show is free for spectators to attend.

The money collected from registration fees will be donated to the Marshall County Humane Society.

With registration you will receive a raffle ticket that gives you a chance to win either a flat screen television or a tablet. More raffle tickets can be obtained for free by show goers or registered participants spotting the downtown establishments with the P-Town Cruz’n posters in their window and asking for a ticket inside. Collect as many as you can to increase your chances of winning one of the two prizes.

If cool cars and potential prizes aren’t enough to convince you to come check things out maybe the best pizza in town contest can. Four pizza places, Granny’s, Papa Johns, Bourbon Street Pizza and Pizza Hut, will be vying for the title of “Best Pizza in Town”. Proceeds collected through this contest go to benefit local Scout troops as well as the Boys and Girls Club of Marshall County.

The three block radius that will be closed off includes roads from La Porte street to Adam Street. The event runs on Saturday, June 13 from 9 am until 3 pm. Any further questions can be directed to Skip Davidson at 574-930-0612.
