Marshall County authorities have made an arrest in a Saturday incident that resulted in a large amount of blood on Main Street in LaPaz.
The Sheriff’s Department was contacted around midnight about a male victim bleeding profusely. Officers arrived on scene and located what they described as fresh blood, but did not locate a victim.
The next day, authorities in Marshall County were contacted by a man who said he was stabbed on Saturday morning.
According to a press release, an investigation led officers to arrest Joe Lynn, Jr. He was booked at the Marshall County Jail on charges of Battery resulting in serious bodily injury. That’s a Level 5 felony.
