An Argos man faces numerous charges in Marshall County after allegedly fleeing from authorities after a late night traffic stop.
A Marshall County Police Patrolman tried to stop a vehicle driven by Brandon R. Craft, 27, for speeding on Muckshaw Road north of State Road 10 around 11:20 p.m. Police say Craft fled and was located in a field west of the vehicle by K9 Arras. He gave up just before the dog apprehended him, saving him from a possible injury.
Craft was taken to the hospital for a certified blood test before being lodged in the Marshall County Jail on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of greater than .15 percent, resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended prior. His bond is set at $3,000.
