A pair of Plymouth men face charges stemming from alleged encounters with a 14-year-old girl who says they had sex with her and one suspect cut her with a razor blade.
Billy Gross, 20, is charged with sexual misconduct with a minor, stemming from that April 18tht incident at the girl’s Plymouth home. The girl told Plymouth Police Gross and Anthony Milton, 18, had sex with her. The police report indicates the cut Milton made to her arm required 15 stitches to close. He is charged with battery with a deadly weapon.
Both men were located Monday, May 4 in Kosciusko County and lodged in the Marshall County Jail after questioning by Plymouth Police. Both are jailed on $5,000 bond.
