Woman Arrested After Crashing Vehicle, Never Applied for License

Plymouth Police took one woman into custody on Wednesday after being called to the scene of a crash.

The single-vehicle accident happened in the area of Walnut and Adams Street in Plymouth. After arriving on scene around 1:27 p.m., police began investigating the incident. The driver, 22-year-old Alisa Cogswell was found to have never applied for a driver’s license.

Officers determine she was driving the car without a license.

Cogswell was arrested and booked at the Marshall County Jail on charges of Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License.
