A 37-year-old Bremen man faces child molesting charges stemming from alleged incidents involving a young girl. Louis Padilla is accused of having sex with the child at a Bremen residence between 2010 and 2013.
Court documents indicate the child was between 11 and 14 at the time. Prosecutor Nelson Chipman filed formal charges against Padilla on Thursday. The child’s parents brought her to the Bremen Police Department on March 24 to speak with an officer.
