The first winter semester course offering at Ancilla College begins today. The four-week introduction to psychology course is offered entirely online and is available to students at any college or university. Ancilla President Dr. Ken Zirkle says the credits are fully transferable to other colleges or universities. He adds taking a course during what is traditionally an off time academically can help students retain their athletic eligibility and meet the minimum standards for financial aid offerings.
For now Ancilla is just offering the one course online. Zirkle says additional winter semester online offerings may be added in the future if this one proves to be successful. Visit www.ancilla.edu for more information.
