A Marshall County man was arrested after allegedly shooting a neighbor’s dogs. Marshall County Police were called to the 17000 block of Vine Street in Tyner around 1:13 Tuesday afternoon, after someone reported two dogs being shot.
Police arrested Joseph Dyrcz for Cruelty to Animals and Criminal Recklessness with a Firearm, both Level 6 felonies.
